• We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by destination countries

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Processing Time: 14–21 days
• Shipping Time: 12–15 business days
• Total Delivery Time: Approximately 4–6 weeks (30–43 days)

We ship both domestically and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Delays due to customs clearance or local regulations may extend delivery timelines.

Total delivery time includes both production and shipping periods as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. A tracking status marked as “delivered” by the carrier shall be considered conclusive proof of fulfillment.

Section 6 – Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

• All products are made-to-order
• Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
• Change of mind returns are not accepted

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

A cancellation fee of up to 10% may be applied depending on the stage of order processing.

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

Personalized or engraved items are considered custom-made and are non-refundable once production has begun.

Delivery confirmed by the shipping carrier shall be considered full completion of the order.
