We specialize in premium handcrafted swords, knives, axes, and collectible blades inspired by iconic movies, TV shows, anime, and games. We also offer accessories such as wall plaques, display stands, scabbards, and sheaths, along with functional kitchen knife sets and select collectible items.

2.2 Are your products handcrafted?

Yes. All swords, knives, and axes are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor variations and imperfections are natural and make each piece unique.

2.3 Where are your products made?

All products are handcrafted in Wazirabad — globally known as the “City of Cutlery,” with a centuries-long reputation for blade-making excellence.
We work directly with experienced artisans and workshops, not mass-production factories.

2.4 Do you keep items in stock?

No. All products are made-to-order. Your blade is individually crafted after your order is placed, ensuring a unique, non-mass-produced piece.

2.5 Do you offer custom-made blades?

2.6 How long does a custom blade order take?

Custom orders typically require an additional 7–14 days beyond our standard production time of 14–21 days. Total delivery for custom orders is approximately 6–10 weeks.

2.7 Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, we accommodate bulk orders for events, businesses, and special occasions. Bulk orders of 5 or more items may qualify for preferential pricing. Please contact us for details and availability.

2.8 What is the difference between Display and Battle Ready (BR) swords?

Display (Prop) Swords:
Designed for decoration, cosplay, and LARP. These are typically blunt and intended for visual use only.

Battle Ready (BR) Swords:
Fully functional and forged for strength and performance. These are sharpened and suitable for controlled cutting practice.

Stainless Steel:
Rust-resistant and low maintenance, ideal for display and light use.

Damascus Steel:
A premium material known for its distinctive layered patterns, strength, and sharpness. Each blade is created through a traditional layering and forging process, resulting in a unique pattern that cannot be replicated.

Damascus steel is prized for both its beauty and performance. The signature swirling patterns are created through a centuries-old forging technique that enhances durability, edge retention, and cutting ability. Each blade is visually unique — a hallmark of true handcrafted craftsmanship.

2.11 Are your swords sharp or blunt?

Display Swords: Usually blunt for safety and display purposes
Battle Ready (BR) Swords: Sharpened and fully functional

2.12 Can I use your products for cosplay?

Yes. Our Display Swords are especially suitable for cosplay, LARP, and costume use. They are lightweight and designed for visual authenticity.

2.13 Are your products legal to own?

Laws vary by location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and import of bladed products comply with all applicable local laws before placing an order.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.

3.2 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.

3.3 Can I cancel my order?

• Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund available
• After 24 hours: A cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the stage of processing
• Once production begins: Orders cannot be cancelled

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Do you ship internationally?

4.2 How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made-to-order. Please allow the following timeframes:

• Production Time: 14–21 days
• Shipping Time: 12–15 business days
• Total Delivery: Approximately 4–6 weeks (30–43 days)

Total delivery time includes both production and shipping periods. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or location.

4.3 Are there additional fees for international orders?

Yes. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees — where applicable — are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Odyssey Blades is not responsible for items delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities.

4.4 What if my package is delayed?

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, or external factors beyond our control. If you need assistance, contact us with your tracking number and we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

4.5 What if my order shows as delivered but I have not received it?

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend first checking with neighbours and your local post office — packages are sometimes held or misdelivered by carriers. If the issue persists after checking, please contact us.
A shipment marked as “delivered” by the carrier is generally considered fulfilled; however, we will assist customers in investigating delivery issues where possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 What is your return policy?

As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• An incorrect item is received
• The package is confirmed lost by the carrier (carrier confirmation is required)

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original payment method only. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6.1 How do I care for my blades?

Stainless Steel:
Wipe clean with a dry cloth after handling to prevent fingerprints and moisture buildup.

Damascus Steel:
Apply a light coat of oil regularly to maintain the finish and prevent rust. We recommend oiling your blade every 2–3 months, or more frequently in humid conditions.

Store all blades in a cool, dry environment — preferably in a sheath or on a display stand — away from moisture and direct sunlight.

6.2 Can I use your products for combat or practice?

Only Battle Ready (BR) products are suitable for functional use. Always review the product description carefully before use to confirm suitability for your intended purpose.

6.3 Do you offer sharpening services?

No, we do not currently offer sharpening services. Most Battle Ready (BR) swords come sharpened and ready for use straight from our workshop.

Sheath designs may vary slightly as they are individually handcrafted and periodically updated. Quality and craftsmanship remain consistent across all pieces.
