At Odyssey Blades, every blade is individually handcrafted, ensuring each piece is unique and never identical to another. As all items are made-to-order for collectors and enthusiasts, please review the following shipping details before placing your order.

📦 Total Delivery Time

All orders include both production and shipping time.

• Estimated total delivery: 4–6 weeks (30–43 days) from order date
• All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

🛠️ Order Processing (Production Time)

• All items are handmade to order
• Production begins after payment confirmation
• Standard processing time: 14–21 days
• During high-demand periods, processing may take longer
• Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order is dispatched

💰 Shipping Costs

• Flat rate: $50 per order (all items included)
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $499
• Automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code required

🔍 Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be provided after your order is dispatched
• Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear
• Delays in tracking updates may occur due to customs or carrier handoffs
• A shipment marked as “delivered” by the carrier is considered fulfilled

🛡️ Packaging

• All orders are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery of your blade

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are legal to import in their country
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Odyssey Blades is not responsible for items delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities
• We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order

⏳ Delays (Force Majeure Clause)

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Customs clearance procedures
• Courier or shipping disruptions
• Severe weather or logistical issues
• High order volume during peak periods

Odyssey Blades is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs restrictions, regulatory changes, import/export laws, courier disruptions, or global events.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

• If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider
• A replacement or refund will be issued after confirmation from the carrier
• Resolutions are processed within 14 business days after carrier confirmation
• Carrier confirmation is required before any replacement or refund is issued, and final decision rests with Odyssey Blades

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damage
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly

🔄 Returns & Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

❌ Order Cancellations

• Within 24 hours of ordering: Full refund available
• After production begins: Orders cannot be cancelled
• After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled

❌ Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not our responsibility

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect:

• A $50 reshipping fee will apply

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to countries where the import of replica or bladed weapons is restricted or prohibited
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before placing an order
