ll items are individually crafted once your order is placed. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment.
In some cases — such as complex blade types or high-volume periods — production may take up to 15 business days. If more time is required, we will notify you via email.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days (3–6 weeks), depending on your location.
Some countries — including Brazil, South Africa, and remote regions — may experience longer delivery times due to customs delays or local postal services.
All orders are shipped from Pakistan using international courier or postal services, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount, as advertised on the website during promotions or sales.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Some products may be restricted in specific countries due to local laws and import regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legally importable to their destination.
Odyssey Blades is not liable for orders rejected or seized by customs authorities.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.
Tracking updates may be delayed due to customs clearance or local courier handoffs.
If your item is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us at info@odysseyblades.com. In many cases, the item may still be in customs or awaiting pickup at your local post office.

If there is an issue with your delivery (such as a lost or incorrect item), we will work with you to resolve it promptly — this may include resending the product or issuing a refund.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds for undelivered packages may be issued at our discretion after confirming non-receipt.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs inspections, or local delivery delays.

Some items may arrive sooner than expected, while others may take longer due to the nature of handcrafted production.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially with international orders and specialty blades.
